Darren Tahu

 

Serving in the NZ Army at the age of 18 definitely set the foundations for the importance of health & fitness. This experience has taught me early on the value of hard work and pushing limits both physically and mentally. It is these principles that allow me to deliver the results demanded from the people I train.

I have spent the last 20 years involved with both sporting teams, combat training groups outdoors and in the gym environment. Having competed in both Rugby Union and League at Provincial and Professional levels in the UK, US, NZ and Australia, I currently have the privilege of training High Performance Sporting Teams.

Nathan Lai

 

I have grown up in the Eastern Suburbs my whole life. I became involved with fitness when I was young and have continued to play sport and stay fit. I have played rugby league for 20 years, 3 of which I played in the lower grades at South Sydney Rabbitoh’s. I have also represented NSW in both Track and Field and Touch Football, as well as coached Oz Tag at state level. I am a current player in the Australian Oz Tag team and have been for the last 9 years.

I want to be able to help others by passing on the knowledge and skills I have attained throughout my years in the industry.

I am the founder of Shane Suisted Personal Training and Athletic Conditioning. In addition to my experience in the fitness industry, I have played Rep level Rugby Union and Rugby League in Australia and New Zealand, as well as participating in high standard athletics. I am also a passionate runner and have participated in the City2Surf numerous times, a half marathon and various fun runs in Australia and New Zealand.
